Have your say on your experience at The University of Manchester
Higher education institutions across the UK are participating in CROS – a national survey of research staff run by Vitae that gathers the anonymous views of research staff about their experiences, career aspirations and career development opportunities.
The survey is an online questionnaire which should take no more than 20 minutes to complete; all responses are anonymous.
The time you take to complete the survey is an important investment: the survey results will be used to create University-wide and local (Faculty/School) action plans to address the issues and concerns YOU raise. The University-wide results will be made available on the Research and Business Engagement Support Services Intranet in June 2015.
The result will also be made available to The University’s Research Staff Association and The Faculty Researcher Development Teams for local dissemination and comment.
On a national level, the feedback CROS has provided to the UK government and funders has been invaluable. It has led to additional funding to institutions towards research staff development, as well as significantly raising the profile of research staff both within institutions and nationally.
Make sure you have your say!
